Changzhou Senstar Automobile Air Conditioner Co., founded in 25th, Nov, 1996 is jointly invested by Shanghai Volkswagen Joint Development Company, Shanghai EK CHOR General Machinery Co., Ltd. And Changzhou Baodun Electronic Machinery Co., and Changzhou Xingda Automobile Co. With original registered capital of 8 million RMB and an increase to 30 million RMB in 2005, we specialize in producing and distributing auto parts, cooling air conditioner parts, sensors, fuel rail and power steering hoses. Changzhou Senstar Automobile Air Conditioner Co was registered on 2nd floor of Building A, Pioneering Center, New District, Changzhou, China, later added by production base of 32000M2 in private industrial park and another production base of 85000M2 in electronic park, new district.   
    The company, ranked as Jiangsu hi-tech enterprise and private-owned technological enterprise boasts 6 great hi-tech products, 4 items of patented technology, 6 registered trade marks and 2 famous municipal brands. Besides, Senstar has finished 2 national Torch Programs and 1 innovative fund project sponsored by Scientific and Technological Department.
    Since the founding of this company, it has grown into the leading enterprise with the largest domestic production base of AC connecting hoses, power steering hoses and an annual increase rate of 47% over the past 10 years. In 2003, it ranked 43 of 100 growing enterprises and appraised as 2004 promising star of Chinese growing middle and small-sized enterprises by Chinese Entrepreneur Magazine Office in 2004. In 2005, it was regarded as top vendor for auto parts by several hundred enterprises.
    Our  main clients at home and abroad include: FAW Group, VW, Dongfeng Nissan, PSA, Guangzhou dianzhuang, Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation, SVW, Nanya, Shenyang jinbei, Haima, Toyota Tianjin, Chery, Anhui, Geely auto, valeo group and so on. The company has obvious advantage over other competitors in market share of AC hose, PSH; fuel hoses engine cooling hose and pressure sensor.
    SENSTAR leads other domestic competitors in R&D and production techniques. Being one of the international Top10 auto pipelines suppliers, it has established cooperative relations with 4 big auto AC suppliers and being listed as global supplier of Valeo, France, Japanese Electric Fitting and other world famous auto parts companies.
    Now we have 450 staff in total, among whom, 108 are specialized technical personnel accounting for 24% and 6 get senior professional titles. Regarded as municipal technical center by Changzhou Economic and Trade Committee, we possess independent research and development capacity. Our company has been equivalent to foreign techniques-advanced companies in terms of development and design, manufacturing, test, quality control and others fields and exceeds domestic competitors.
    We boast sophisticated equipments for forming, bending, punching and welding. The key imported facilities are as follows: clockwise and anti-clockwise NC machine, automatic 3D pipe bender from Italy, Finn-Power press bond from Finland, four-station and six-station pipe end forming machine from Italy, cleaning equipment from Germany, successive hydrogen brazing furnace from Japan and four-station brazing machine from South Korea. For test and experimental facilities, we are full equipped with tensile test machine, high-and-low temperature alternate fatigue test machine, high-and-low temperature alternate compound vibration test bed, burst test bed, salt spray and SO2 test bed. For measuring devices, we have halogen-measuring device from Germany and 3D measuring equipment from Italy, dry-wet leak checking machine, torsinal moment verifying equipment, surface roughness outliner.

    In December 1997, we obtained ISO9002-1994 "Quality System Registration Certificate" and in May 2001 we acquired VDA6.1/QS9000 Quality System Registration Certificate.
