Our plant,built in 2002,is the leading enterprise specialized in metal surface treatment technology, mainly including surface treatment of machinery, automobile and instrumental parts. We deal with these surfaces in the following methods: hard and coloring oxidation for various aluminum products and electroplating for black metal products in addition to development of new techniques upon customer’s request to fulfill needs of various manufactures. Factories now have 60 staff; all equipped with degrees of secondary technical schools. Among them, we have 8 technical managing personals, 3 senor experts and 45 operators. With a coverage of area 9000m2 and building area of 6500m2, the plant boasts advanced equipments, including automatic anodizing line (Bath capacity 12000L), the automatic Zn-Ni alloy plating production line (Bath capacity 15000L), and other production facilities ----- pre-treatment production line, chemical nickel-plating, rolling-plating, and zinc, gold, silver, tin plating. PLC programming, PC automatic control and multi-frequency speed control are adopted to operate equipments. Equipped with 8 testing facilities such as the whole set of analyzing and laboratory facilities, Germany Fisher, MINITEST thickness gauge, digital display MH-3 sclerometer and wear-resistant tester, salt spray test chamber, detection means are complete, accurate and reliable The products we process are as follows: 1) brake master cylinder of Buick, Sail Series, clutch cylinder of Santana Series, the compressor tabella of SEGM, the hard anodizing of planetary disk, coloring oxidation for parts of the USA and the U.S. energy companies racing series. 2) nickel-zinc alloy plating products include refueling tube exporting to the United Kingdom Rover cars (MG Rover), electroplating for micro motor vehicle’s rear cover of Valeo (indicators have reached European standards, free from Cr6 + and salt spray test also fulfills the request of no red rust after more than 720 hours), zinc plating for audio bracket, Cr3 + passivation for Ford vehicles. Our plant is equipped with advanced technology, outstanding technique. Hard oxidation of aluminum alloy make use of USSANFORD self-lubricating closed technical processes, substantially improving the membrane and corrosion-resistant performance of metal surface-oxide film and having friction coefficient reduced by five times. This technique helped SE7PV compressor of SEGM get Shanghai high-tech product certificate; trivalent chromium passivation of Zn-Ni alloy plating complies with EU standards, No red rust is found after 1000-hour salt spray test by Valeo headquarters, far exceeding the requirements of German standard DIN50021. The plant attaches importance to environmental management, adopting non-toxic bath, paying attention to waste management and environmental protection in line with the state’s regulations. Factories built with a full set of waste disposal facilities and their investment accounted for 20% of total investment in factories.
