Baodun Electronic Machinery Co., Ltd was established on June 3, 1999. With registered capital of 5.6 million RMB, Baodun specializes in producing auto parts, mainly automotive pipes and pipe joints. Our company is registered at first floor, Block D, Changzhou high-tech industrial development zone and has production base of 85000m2 in electronic park.
As a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, we have possessed one high-tech product, one registered trademark and rated as "AA credit” enterprise by Construction Bank Jiangsu branch in 2004. We got ISO 9001:2002 quality system certificate in 2002 and ISO/TS16949: 2002 quality system certificate in 2006.Besides, we passed assessment of Nissan's ASES, becoming global supplier of Renault-Nissan.
Our major customers include: Nissan, Hainan Mazda, PSA, the Changcheng Pika, the JAC, Refine, Chery, Delphi, MAGNA Group and VALEO Group. We have obvious advantage over our domestic competitors in market share of refueling hose, engine pipes, tubing engine.
Since its founding, the company has been committed to the development and production of auto parts and has leaded other companies in terms of development and production capacity. We co-worked with auto manufactures to develop refueling hoses, engine water pipes, engine oil pipes for various kinds of models. Currently, we have become assisting enterprise for famous auto manufactures and suppliers such as Nissan, PSA, MAGNA group and VALEO group.
Our company now has 180 staff, with technical personnel accounting for 22% and 40 of them possessing junior college degree. We boast three-coordinate measuring machine, surface roughness profilometer, projector, eddy current Thickness Gauge, a tensile testing machine and other advanced Detection and test equipment, multi-station end-forming machine, NC tube bending machine, welding machine and other dozens of advanced production equipment.
