On the famous southern Chinese city of Changzhou where the Yangtze River and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal embrace for attachment, where Huning expressway and Beijing-Shanghai railway linger through, a world-class bonsai art museum carried with rich traditional Chinese cultural traits and world cultural and art essence, that is, Baosheng Park will advert, also functioning as education base for studying innovative arts. A grand foundation-laying ceremony was launched on 31st, August, 2005, which declared its commencement for building. Known as a "silent poetry, a three-dimensional painting", Bonsai is not only a product of history and culture, but also the carrier of traditional Chinese thoughts and culture, the treasure of Chinese art treasury, the cultural essence originated from China, spreaded around the world. With Bonsai art as the main subject, Baosheng Park boasts four styles of parks and five museums, namely Chinese Park, Japanese Park, Northern America park, European Park and bonsai, grotesque rocks, root carvings, paintings, antique respectively. Apart from the display of a large number of domestic private museum collections of artwork, it will also bring in super fines from overseas art galleries, museums and artworks from famous collectors and artists, which will help it become a world-famous culture and art garden. Baosheng Park will also establish a number of centers such as creative center, research center, production center, training center, and an international exchange center, facilitating to become a learning and innovative cultural and art education base for improving the human character, purifying the soul.
Changbao Xin, the main originator and investor is an entrepreneur who is dedicated in domestic automobile parts field. Under his guidance, his companies were awarded as “top 100 China's growth enterprises" for 2 consecutive years. It is a dream long lingering in his mind to build a modern private garden, for which he has devoted great efforts and money in successive 5 years in the hope that the garden can be built into a renowned Chinese private garden recognized by the whole county and the world as a whole in five years.
As the first modern tourism bidding project of Chinese dragon city, this project attracts great attention from New District Government. The first phase covers an area of 200 acreages and gets investment of 60 million RMB this year. 300 million RMB will be allocated in five years.

In previous years when planning Baosheng Park project, Changbao Xin has already built a bonsai collection park with an area of 5,000 square meters in Qishuyan, Changzhou. Famous Japanese Bonsai master Tian Teng, Italian master Mr. Primakov, Cheng Kung-cheng, from Taiwan, Chinese master Zhao Qing Quan; Hu Lok once produced Bonsai in the Park. On Baosheng Park foundation-laying ceremony, we invited many famous masters to demonstrate making bonsai on spot, these people include: Japanese Chushan Gallant, Futian Jiro, Kimura , Suzuki Ma, Matsuura Yamaguchi, Yoshio Kato, Kamada, SHING FAN Yong-, Li Yugen, Wei Chun Huan from south Korea and Cheng Kung-cheng, Xie Wen Fu from Chinese mainland. Besides, some domestic-renown masters also gather in Changzhou to extend greetings and present ideas.
Mr Xin expressed his emotion on the Park’s foundation-laying and commencement ceremony as follows: the art of bonsai originated in China, as a Chinese descendant, we are obliged to carry forward this glorious treasure..
